About the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager (go to market/downstream) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the EMEA Marketing Manager in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for the Endoscopic Tissue Management (ETM) portfolio across the EMEA region. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our top initiatives for 2024 and beyond.

You will have the chance to directly influence our business's strategic direction, significantly impact our portfolio's success, and shape the future of our marketing efforts in the Tissue Management space. This valued position offers growth and development potential and presents an exciting opportunity to step into a strategic role, contributing to the market strategy of our closure and ETM portfolio.

You will work closely with the EMEA Marketing Manager to enhance the positioning, messaging, and overall success of our ETM products. This includes managing the launch and driving the success of a differentiated closure device, and supporting the integration of our existing portfolio into our closure partner positioning.

 

Responsibilities:

Support the EMEA Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of our go-to-market strategy for the Endoscopic Tissue Management portfolio in the EMEA region, aligned with overall business objectives and customer needs.

Present innovative and creative ideas to strengthen our marketing strategy and support the field sales organisation with its execution.

Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape changes, and use the findings to inform amendments to marketing strategies and tactics.

As part of your responsibilities to support the go-to-market strategy for the relevant procedure of focus, you will identify and support the creation of appropriate resources. These may comprise of webinars, educational tool kits, marketing collaterals, and identification of procedure stream opportunities in collaboration with relevant teams.

Work with internal creative teams and where relevant and agencies to write and produce resources for the sales teams to support ongoing marketing efforts of our products.

Support the regulatory process for approval of marketing materials.

Collaborate with omni channel marketing teams to ensure the digital strategy is executed according to planned cadence.

Support the implementation of marketing strategy for events and educational activities to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and build relationships with customers and partners.

You will have the opportunity to influence at an EMEA level by holding frequent meetings with the country marketing teams to confirm their alignment with the strategy and ensure they are following the guidelines and strategy cadence.

This role provides the opportunity to gain global vision through collaboration with global product managers to support the strategy and execution of new product launches.

 

 

Knowledge & Experience:

 

  • Prior marketing experience (2+ years).
  • Demonstrates high level professional presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to work with and manage cross-cultural and virtual teams.
  • Fluent in English. Other languages skills advantageous.

 

Competencies & Behaviours:

 

  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with an ability to support the creation of go to market strategy.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Willing and able to travel as required by workload (30%).
