Location: Any of the following hubs Hemel Hempstead, UK; Voisins le Bretonneux, France; Ratingen, Germany; Madrid, Spain; Warsaw, Poland; Milan, Italy. 


As a Sales Cloud Product Owner for Boston Scientific, you will be able to:

• Support divisional sales in designing solutions to support the business
• Manage delivery of projects and coordinate with divisional stakeholders
• Ensure there is a consistent approach & methodology established for program and project management with best-practice tools and processes
• Own and update the RACI matrix and the RAID log and ensure timely reminders to CoE team and it’s stakeholders and vendors
• Regularly review progress to check if the project management methodology is being correctly used
• Ensure there is Divisional and Functional alignment around the Business strategy
• Identify the right technologies and propose new tech projects to improve and automate business strategies
• Work with IS to optimize and converge infrastructure and platforms
• Continually evaluate and improve these tools ensuring they are easy to use and that they deliver value to our customers and to BSC
• Own the Business Requirement Gathering process and content for all technical projects supporting Business – both from divisions as well as from the CoE
• Support technology integration and data management
• Work in close coordination with the IS department and Global project teams to roll out technology project implementations smoothly.
To join our talent community and be successful in such a role, you would need to have:

• Knowledge of Agile
• Knowledge of Requirement Collection and User Story Logic
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining a backlog
• Knowledge of Salesforce Suite
• Knowledge of any of the following CRM product (Microsoft or SAP)
• Knowledge of any of the following Marketing product (Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Eloqua)
• Knowledge of process workflow (IF THEN condition, WHAT IF situation etc...)
• Good business document requirement writing, with proven experience
• Fluent English
