Project Lead - EU Pay Transparency Compliance EMEA - defined term 18th months

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced person to spearhead Boston Scientifics efforts to comply with the upcoming EU Pay Transparency legislation. This pivotal role will sit within the HR department but will require close collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Technology teams. The Project Lead will work alongside a dedicated Project Manager to oversee multiple workstreams and ensure our organization is fully prepared to meet the new regulatory requirements. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of pay transparency, working across regions and influencing key stakeholders to drive meaningful change. As a leader in this space, you will spearhead initiatives that are critical to BSC, fostering trust, enhancing employee experiences, and ensuring equitable and inclusive workplace practices on a large scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for EU Pay Transparency compliance with a team of resources.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, Finance, and Technology, to ensure cohesive and coordinated efforts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to EU pay transparency compliance.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with a Project Manager to oversee the progress of various workstreams.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to the project timeline.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the overall project.
- Resource management for overall project.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate the importance and impact of the EU Pay Transparency legislation.
- Oversee the facilitation workshops and training sessions to educate employees on compliance requirements.
- Liaise with external consultants and legal advisors to stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the EU Pay Transparency legislation.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of pay data to meet regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular updates to senior leadership on the status of compliance efforts.
Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory developments related to pay transparency.
- Foster a culture of transparency and fairness within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects within BSC.
- HRBP experience preferable with strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
