Training and Education Program Lead -Urology EMEA

 

Support the execution of the training strategy, monitoring the accuracy of the overall content and measuring learning progresses both in terms of quality and quantity in relation to the programs delivered to the client groups.

Coordinate training and development activities, providing tracking and evaluation, as well as assisting in the design, development, and facilitation of training programs.

 

 
Your key responsibilities will be:

 

  • Identify and analyse employee learning and development needs to determine requirements for learning pathways, new program development, etc
  • Support design, development, planning and delivery of relevant pathways and programs for commercial teams, working with EMEA Commercial Learning & Development managers, Global Learning & Development, EMEA Center of Excellence, third parties, business and cross-functional teams
  • Assist in the design, coordination, and facilitation of trainings programs and training events
  • Provide insights and recommendations on relevant learning pathways for commercial teams
  • Collaborate with Commercial Learning & Development managers and Marketing teams to ensure the training content is relevant and up to date.
  • Assist with new hire training classes
  • Track and reports learning programs participation, scores, and compliance, communicate with participants and actively collect feedback
  • Create & maintain dashboard on training, provide post & pre-trainings metrics
  • Monitor and evaluate learning and development pathways, assess results and implement enhancements as needed to ensure effectiveness and business relevance of pathways
  • Coordinate training logistics and materials management, collaborating with relevant functions and admin support teams Quality 
  • Create and maintain Learning & Development sharepoint and calendar sites
  • Provide strategic guidance and manager the divisional Learning Management System.

 

 

Who are we looking for:

 

Years of Experience

Senior level: 5 years onwards of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing or Sales training

A seasoned, experienced professional with wide-ranging experience and expertise in a specialized field

 

Demonstrated ability in Learning Management Systems and Learning authoring tools.

 

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization.

 

Demonstrated ability to work as part of a highly motivated team where flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment are required

 

A self-starter with the ability to work independently, efficiently, and effectively where daily schedule varies while remaining accountable to company goals.

 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Instructional Design or any other related field

Languages

Fluency in English

Industry Experience

Preferred MedTech

Technical Knowledge

Applies comprehensive knowledge of a particular field to resolve complex issues in creative ways.

Full knowledge of other related disciplines.

Uses in-depth knowledge of business unit functions and cross group dependencies/relationships.

Proficient knowledge of Learning Management Systems and digital authoring tools.
