About the role

 

This role is responsible for the development & adoption of the demand generation process specific divisions in Central America. This position will design and execute a demand generation plan that is in alignment with the strategic priorities of Boston Scientific division and lead and manage all the FCS of each division in Central America.  This role is responsible for ensuring the assigned territory meets or exceeds sales objectives and working in partnership with the senior executive team, to develop a fully detailed region Business Strategy to include stated objectives and action plans, inclusive of the market mapping, identifying potential gaps and exploiting new opportunities.

The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day demand generation activities.

Required qualifications:

  • A seasoned, experienced professional with a complete understanding and wide application of principle, theories, and concepts in the field.  Applies a full understanding of area of specialization to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • General knowledge of other related disciplines, business unit function and cross group dependencies/relationships.
  • This job is the fully-qualified career-oriented position.                                           
  • May lead a group or team of employees in the achievement of organizational goals.  Guide, coach, direct, and develop direct reports, and if applicable, drive those practices throughout their organization.
  • Nurses, Biomedical Engineer, business Administration.                                                         
  • Management of direct or indirect people in projects, field work                                
  • General knowledge in other related disciplines, business unit function and cross group dependencies/relationships.  
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Understand Forecasting process.                                                                             
  • Knowledge of Demand generation process.                                                                            
  • Others: Excel, Sales Force Tableau.

Preferred qualifications:

 

  • MBA
  • Knowledge of CA countries: COSTA RICA, PANAMA, SALVADOR, HONDURAS, GUATEMALA, NICARAGUA.
