About the Role:

 

Boston Scientific is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our revenue management team as a systems expert. This individual will play a lead role in enabling key strategies and road map deliveries for the following capabilities: Pricing, Configure Price Quote, Contract Lifecycle Management, Month End Billing and Tenders SaaS applications. This person will analyze, design, document, test and deliver technical and functional solutions in partnership with the commercial services team, understanding these activities have a direct impact on BSC’s commercial sales success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide day-to-day expertise for existing technology.
  • Gain an in-depth working knowledge of existing technologies and touch points with other enterprise level systems.
  • Key contact with the leadership team to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for technical solutions.
  • Work closely with site and global resources during testing and execution of changes to existing applications and enterprise-level systems.
  • Provide support during initial launches/rollouts of new technologies.
  • Coordinates resources (including third party vendors) to implement solutions.

 

 

Management Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaboratively work across different groups and divisions to achieve organizational goals and deliver timely solutions.
  • Able to manage opportunities from concept/idea to solution identification to design/development through testing and into production.
  •  Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with IT service providers and vendors

Minimum requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Business Administration or related field
  • 4+ years of industry specific experience with demonstrated success delivering solutions.
  • Strong SaaS configuration and implementation skills within the revenue management, quote to cash space
  • including knowledge and experience of the IT systems necessary to enable efficient and successful utilization of these tools and data.
  • Experience demoing functionality and providing training and user support on new technologies and systems.
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies (Jira a plus).
  • Advance English Level

  • Working knowledge of Model N & Conga (Apttus) solutions technical architecture and functionality
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Good understanding of Sales Enablement and associated industry best practices,
