About the Role: 

Boston Scientific is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Sales Enablement team. This individual will play a role in configuring and supporting multiple SaaS systems leveraged by our sales representatives to make it easier to sell our products to customers. This person will analyze, design, document, configure, test and deliver technical and functional solutions that will directly impact BSC’s commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational support for existing technology solutions.
• Leverage in-depth working knowledge of solutions to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Analyze, design, configure, test, and implement system enhancements.
• Manage SaaS software upgrades and execute operating system/mobile upgrade testing activities.
• Manage data sources and create tableau reports.
• Drive integration work with Salesforce, AWS and other Sales Enablement tools.
• Identify and document requirements and test cases.
• Document and update system processes, training and guides. Maintain required software quality documentation.
• Manage change control processes and coordinate across business and technical resources to implement changes.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies.
• Communicate status updates, escalate issues, manage timelines and action items.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business-related field.
• 3+ years of system analyst of IT work experience.
• Strong analytical skills including proficiency in querying, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery practices.
• Experience writing requirements and test cases.
• Advance English Level

• Experience in life science or other regulated industry.
• Cloud platform experience (Salesforce, AWS, Showpad).
• Sales enablement domain experience (Content Management, Virtual Selling, Account Planning).
• Project experience using Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence/BitBucket/Xray).
