About the role:

 

This role is a member of the Chief Information & Digital Office Strategy & Operations team, which is focused on the Strategy, Operations and Culture across the IT, Global Business Services, and Digital Enablement functions. The Project Analyst will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, managing projects and their performance metrics, and facilitating process optimization workshops.  This role will work collaboratively across various functions, BSC sites across the globe, and engage stakeholders in executing projects to deliver results.

 

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

•    Partner with senior level Process Consultant and/or Manager to lead cross-functional global teams and manage multiple projects from small to large scope.  Scope of projects can and will vary.

•    Partner with Service Delivery teams to drive global end to end process optimization.

•    Develop and implement overall project plans, including cost, schedule, risk and monitoring of progress against business key objectives and goals.

•    Collaborate with Service Delivery teams to inspire a continuous value improvement culture and execute a strong pipeline of value improvement projects to achieve operating income goals.

•    Facilitate process optimization workshops to drive strategic business priorities.

•    Act as a change steward by encouraging and adopting new ways of looking at problems, processes, and solutions.

•    Guide teams to manage organizational change through careful consideration of stakeholder needs and interests, strategic relationships, and persuasive communications.

•    Support project stakeholders by translating data into actionable business performance metrics and recommending practical solutions.

 

 

Minimum qualifications:

 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field (concluded)

•    1+ years of Project Management, Process Improvement / Lean related experience.

•    Proven results applying project management and/or lean tools and methodologies in enterprise-wide and transactional environments.

•    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suites (MS Project, MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

•    Travel requirements 10-15%.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

•    Experience with agile project management.

•    Entry level knowledge and/or capabilities working with MS Power Platforms (i.e. PowerApps, PowerBI, etc.).

•    Entry level analytical capabilities skills to derive insights and make recommendations.

•    Global Enterprise or Shared Services experience.
