About the role

The position of Technician provides clinical and technical support for a range of Endoscopy products within the territory of Northern Mexico. This role may execute and generate demand to ensure the achievement of the sales plan for the territory. The technician is responsible for supporting the region and reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

Your responsibilities will include

• Develop deep knowledge and expertise of the products, therapies and procedures of the Endoscopy division.
• Carry out the given monthly and quarterly sales plan for the territory.
• Work together with the commercial partners (sales representatives, distributors, commissions agent) to achieve the sales plan for the territory.
• Establish a great relationship with doctors, referrals, buyers, insurance companies, KOL´s, hospitals.
• Full Support in the Endoscopy procedures.
• Follow up of the procedures to ensure invoice of those cases.
• Visit customers and potential clients for BSC on a regular basis.
• Planning and execution of strategies for new product launches and consolidation of accounts that have already sales shares and market potential.
• Analysis of the market and the competition through the generation of reports (on processes, sales, historical data, inventory and account profiles) for the development of the business.
• Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.

What we are looking for in you

Required qualifications

• Position based in Hermosillo, Sonora.
• Job experience of at least 1-2 years. (Recent graduates to be considered)
• English (advanced level / B2) spoken and written.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to travel.
• Team player, goal oriented and determined
• On-call duties may be required 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Preferred qualifications

• Preferred career degree in medicine, college degree, sales experience, Biomechanical engineer. Other careers are accepted as long as the candidate complies with the profile of the position.
• Operating / hemodynamic room to support Endoscopy, Pulmonary, surgery services.
• Experience in patient, physician, nurses and medical administrators follow up.
• Interest in Healthcare
• Interest in customer service, market analysis, sales.
• Sense of urgency, problem solving
• High communication skills, proactive and independent
