Associate Product Manager, Peripheral Intervention (contractor)

Purpose Statement

 

The core objective of this role is to support the Peripheral Interventions BU in achieving the goals and objectives of their division. This person should drive the achievement of business growth through market intelligence, focused market/competitive analysis, product positioning, development of marketing plans, product launches and training in coordination with the Sales organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Governance and Business Insights – 30%

Scope: All Business Units

The role will support centralized data governance and business intelligence activities, including:

  • Tender management, with expanded responsibility into business analysis, insight generation, and forecast support.
  • Market data intelligence, including tender tracking and monitoring of competitor/rival activities.
  • Centralized tracking of marketing investment data to improve visibility, prioritization, and decision-making.

2. Product / Portfolio Management – 70%

Scope: PI Division

The role will support product and portfolio management activities, including:

  • Product lifecycle management, including tracking PIPO timelines, forecast and ensuring timely communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • Development and coordination of approved promotional materials, such as brochures, presentations, leaflets, and other sales aids.
  • Marketing activation activities, mainly at operational and logistics level, in collaboration with the sales team and administrative support functions.
  • Other tasks related to products such as letter of confirmation, patient awareness content, ... 

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics,  Biomedical Engineering,  Life Sciences,  Marketing, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • Experience in marketing, product management, business analysis, sales operations, data management, or business intelligence is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate data, interpret trends, and generate business insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Data Modelling, and other reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
  • 3-5 year working experiences
