2. Manage key elements of CRM:

  • Market transparency
  • Sales funnel management
  • Sales conversion
  • Partner of Choice
  • Cost Position

3. Manage key standards of CRM:

  • Know and value all our existing and prospective customers: awareness about the high value of customers in terms of sales potential and loyalty, accurate knowledge of the customers
  • Understand our customers: thorough, considerate collection of data, understand of the customers as the basis for individual products and solutions.
  • Strive for long-term partnerships with satisfied customers
  • Communication is a transparent dialog: open and honest communication.
  • Only promise what we can deliver
  • Always add value for the customers.
  • Strive for the highest performance and ethical standards: laws/official regulation as the basis for our work, ethical standards as the basis for the interaction among ourselves and with customers.
  • Carefully qualify customers and their business: early and comprehensive collection of customer data as a prerequisite for identifying the business potential/ideal sales strategy.
  • Share all knowledge about the customer and make it available at all points of contact: provision of central access to the data, but sales person continues to be the principle contact person.
