Supply Chain Associate

Summary
Provides operational and customer care support to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery within Vietnam. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports daily customer care operations, and maintains accurate records in internal systems. Additionally, the role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational tasks, including placing and processing orders, tracking shipments, providing status updates, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update customer and order records in the BSC system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their orders and any changes to delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse) to facilitate smooth order processing and accurate status reporting.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist in preparing reports and conducting routine data entry tasks as needed.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in supply chain management within FMCG, medical equipment, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Proven experience in customer service or customer care operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with local customer service standards and policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with SAP systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse) is preferred.
