Location: Hanoi
Main responsibility:
- Work with channel partners to develop and deploy business plan for assigned territories
- Visit existing and potential customers (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) on a regular and planned basis to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and promote our products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and year sales targets as agreed with Manager.
- Promotes and Coordinates professional education activities to enhance the knowledge of health care professionals
- Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions. Performs contract and tender management activities.
- Prepares sales reports and documents as required.
- Identifies potential impacts to business.
- Develop relationships and cultivates wide range of business relationships with hospital personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.
- Manage existing and acquire new customers in assigned territories under general supervision of the Manager.
- Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
- Facilitate sales operation activities.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in sale for medical, or 5 years in pharmaceutical - Cardiology vascular, Bio-engineering industry. Experience in medical device is preferrable
- Learning agility
- Excellent communication. Being able to develop good working relationships and trust with various teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability and be very detail oriented.
- Being results and deadline driven.
