Job Title: Customer Care Representative II

Job Summary:  The Customer Care Representative II works in line with Local Sales strategies to support achievement of sales growth to plan. Focus on customer support, order handling, complaint handling and assist the sales force wherever needed. Provide exceptional support to customers regarding shipment and billing orders. This role involves facilitating communications between the sales force and in-house contacts to resolve order processing and customer issues. The representative will also communicate back order and product allocation issues to the sales force and assist in locating and transferring products as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers with shipment and billing orders.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales force and in-house contacts to resolve order processing and customer issues.
  • Communicate back order and product allocation issues to the sales force.
  • Assist the sales force in locating and transferring products as needed.
  • Perform all entry-level tasks and demonstrate the ability to multi-task.
  • Participate in specialty task teams (e.g., Bulk team, Iris team).
  • Serve as a coach for new hire training.
  • Participate in ongoing training, procedure review and development, reporting, and compliance activities.
  • Any ad hoc projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 year of relevant experience with a degree or a higher diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in supply chain / logistics customer service or a related field is preferred.
