工作职责：
1. 了解波士顿科学公司的“古往今来”，涵盖历史、文化及核心价值观；
2. 专业医学知识培训，软性技能提升课程，增强个人综合实力；
3. 跟随专属导师学习产品知识、业务流程、合规的工作方式，提前锻炼职场人的专业素质；
4. 负责协助区域内客户的手术支持工作以及相关医院技师的培训，使其能独立配合客户开展手术；
5. 与负责协助区域内的客户建立良好的合作关系，推动区域手术例数及相关产品的应用；
6. 为客户提供专业的学术支持，培养并提升客户的手术技能；
7. 在直属经理的指导下指定相应的区域管理计划，更好的推动区域手术例数及相关产品的应用； 
8. 负责新产品在上市前临床研究的技术支持； 
9. 此岗位发放正式Offer，可接受提前实习，期待你加入波士顿科学  

任职资格：
1.  2025年应届毕业生，统招全日制本科以及上
2. 医学专业背景或理工科专业优先
3. 良好的语言表达、严谨细致，具备较强的逻辑思维能力，踏实勤奋，有吃苦耐劳的精神
4. 对临床事业有极大的热情，乐于团队合作，能够发现身边伙伴的闪光点
