About this role:

Provides clerical and documentation support for all record retention functions and department projects, including electronic document systems and quality systems to meet BSC, customer and regulatory requirements.

 

Work Mode 
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide clerical documentation activities in support of change management system.
  • Receive and store Company's Quality Records in accordance with GMP's.
  • Index and store documents to ensure their safekeeping and expeditious retrieval when required.
  • Participates in the scanning of hard copy records, including document preparation, scanning, QC and validation.
  • Perform record searches of both electronic and hard copy records in support of investigations by either internal or external customers.
  • Interface with external individuals regarding record storage and retrieval and record  scanning.
  • Support all department record retention projects.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

 

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
