About the role:
Provides clerical and documentation support for regulatory and/or change control activities. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provides administrative support to own department on a timely and accurate basis.
Provides clerical documentation tasks in support of documentation control and/or regulatory activities. - Assists in filing and/or records retention activities.
- Performs data searches in support of audit activities as required.
- Participates in projects associated with clerical documentation responsibilities under the guidance of others.
- Applies BSC data management tools (PDM and SAP) associated with clerical documentation responsibilities under guidance of others.
- Applies concepts from BSC Document Control Policies and Procedures associated with clerical documentation responsibilities under guidance of others.
- Assists in gathering supporting documents, data and reports as required.
- Understands Corporate documentation requirements as they relate to local clerical documentation practices.
- Participate in discussions for creating and revising best practice documents associated with clerical documentation activities.
- Additional Responsibilities May Include: Under direction performs the following change request actions ensuring items are processed in a timely manner and issues are communicated to senior department personnel or department management so they can be addressed with CR originator and approvers.
- Create change requests. Perform labeling change request submission review to ensure labeling document requirements are met and process change requests through to completion.
- Perform change request document issuance/distribution/notification.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
