Business Support Partner
As a Business Support Partner, you will support Sales and Marketing teams in their daily operations and help ensure smooth execution of processes and events. You will act as a key contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance, coordinating activities, and delivering high-quality administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a main point of contact for Sales and Marketing teams, customers, healthcare professionals, vendors, and event organizers, providing information and guidance on processes and policies
- Manage Internal Request Forms (IRF) for events and activities, ensuring accurate processing and timely communication with all stakeholders
- Support procurement activities, including purchase requisitions and purchase orders, vendor creation, and budget coordination
- Manage invoices and follow up on payments and invoice status
- Provide administrative and coordination support for events and meetings, including logistics, contracts, scheduling, and communication
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as reports, trackers, and internal records
- Support audit and compliance activities related to healthcare professional interactions, events, and meetings
- Ensure all activities follow company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Business Support colleagues across countries when needed
- Support local and international meetings and events, with occasional travel if required
- Handle all information in a confidential and professional manner
Requirements:
- Experience in administration, operations, event coordination, or a similar role
- Good understanding of business processes and working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently with general guidance
- Proficiency in common business tools such as Excel and Outlook
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments is an advantage
