About the Role

This position is responsible for providing analytical support to execute on data-driven commercial excellence strategy across Growth Emerging Markets (GEM). The main priority will be creating programs to drive the implementation of Customer Relationship Management system.

We are looking for a collaborative team member with excellent analytical skills as well as ability to think strategically and influence stakeholders whilst independently managing projects. The employee should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and in close collaboration with several functional and divisional stakeholders at EMEA, GEM and local level, focusing on driving platform enhancements, rollout execution and adoption.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Lead regional sales effectiveness initiatives and design, development, deployment and adoption of the processes, solution & tools. Drive smooth deployment of SFDC solution across Growth Emerging Markets, by planning and driving the rollout of SFDC tools for new geographies while ensuring that local needs and requirements are considered. Support projects and project work stream activities, working with internal & external cross-functional groups utilizing both Agile and Waterfall project management techniques; may lead multiple project activities simultaneously.

  • Business Analyst / Data to Action Expertise: Support creation of processes to enable customer and channel partner insights generation through data analytics and reporting. Work with regional, divisional, country management, and channel partner management teams to foster data-driven commercial decision making. Support the internal stakeholder in the development of planning and methods aimed at measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial teams.

  • Innovative advancement: Identify proactively overall areas for process improvement and establish effective and efficient processes. Question existing approaches to develop new methods and offering to increase performance. Gain support for improvement initiatives and actively solicits suggestions for improvement.

  • Change Management: Assess impact of upcoming changes to related regional business processes and develops cost/benefit analysis & change management plan. Align & develop continuous change management plan & improvement with team/project initiatives. Use and develop performance indicators to measure the results of the change.

  • Communication, Collaboration & Influencing skills: Partner with other Customer & Commercial Excellence team members as well as appropriate Product Owners, IS, BI and Master Data Management teams to provide business and process requirements for new systems, integration, or system enhancements. Confidence in delivering communication/presentations to variety of stakeholders. apply appropriate rationale and effective communication skills that will be able to influence key decisions and lead constructive debate on challenging topics.

  • CRM Subject Matter Expert: Maintains an expert level knowledge of system functionality, configuration, and process to enable Sales & Marketing as well as Channel Management Excellence strategy execution. Ensure quality data processes are in place to guarantee accurate qualitative metrics can be used and maintained.  Identifies development needs, collects feedbacks of all stakeholders in the region, and turn them into user stories to deliver useful new features, guidelines or reports to shape the environment of GEM Cloud.

 

What are we looking for in you

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, management, sciences, or statistics.

  • 3+ years professional experience in similar positions of responsibility within a strategic marketing or sales force effectiveness department. Previous experience in healthcare industry as a plus.

  • Proactive self-starter with positive approach and curious attitude.

  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and project management skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to overcome obstacles and achieve key outcomes and follow through to get things done and to manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work well within a diverse team environment.

  • Previous experience with CRM platform and understanding of SFDC technology.

  • Fluent English speaker.
