About the role:

We are seeking a Tender Coordinator to join our team.

Your key responsibility will be providing customer-focused practices on hospital tenders & contracts; you will lead the preparation, submission and post-award management of tender bids. 

Reporting to the
Customer Care Manager, you will aim to create a stronger value proposition in the tender department.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for leading and developing all aspects of the tender process in Romania
  • Responsible for supporting key stakeholders to make sure tenders are submitted in a timely manner, professional level and according to legal requirements
  • Responsible for keeping up to date with local rules and legislations regarding public tenders
  • Responsible for developing first-class relationships within the organization; Building a partnership approach with business leaders, sales teams in the provision of tenders and quotations, making regular contact (including visits) with purchasing departments, in identifying sales enhancement opportunities, and in implementing any service improvement program
  • Identifies and develops working relationships with the economic buyer in regions key accounts;  
  • Responsible for providing the daily management and direction of the tender and pricing team members; Monitors team performance against service indicators on an ongoing basis, initiating corrective actions, preparing reports, summaries, analysis and documentation on all aspects of department function;
  • Demonstrates awareness of broad industry trends and their impact on local/regional sales activities;
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills in front of the customer;
  • Quality: demonstrating high commitment to Quality in all interactions and behaviors -  Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.

What we're looking for in you:

Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree
  • +3 Years Tender experience (Preferred in the medical device industry)
  • Fluent English
  • SAP Knowledge
