We are currently looking for a talented graduate to join our 3 Year Boston Scientific Graduate Rotation Program. This three-year program takes you on a learning adventure through three different divisions and functions. It enables you to develop your technical knowledge in functions such as Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Finance and Consulting. The program gives you a deep understanding of our business and company values as well as helping you create the unique network that will help you kick-start your career.

For your first assignment, starting in October 2022 you will join the Turkey, Central Asia and Pakistan Commercial Excellence Team as a Business Analyst.

This is a new role, designed for early-career/recent graduate hires (after 2021), that are looking to learn on-the-job and develop a career within a health-tech and medical-devices environment.

We are currently looking for proactive, analytical, and team-oriented individual with excellent planning skills. The successful candidate will directly report to the TCAP Commercial Excellence Manager and will help to support in setting up and implementing strategic & operational imperatives designed to bring a more rigorous and systematic approach to optimize key business decisions (pricing, profitability) and optimize and drive the adoption of our key Systems, Tools and Processes (Sales Cloud, Tableau).

This person is also expected to interact and communicate with our functions: such as divisional Sales & Marketing, Customer Care, IT, and Divisional leadership team to ensure divisional objectives are successfully covered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Commercial Excellence Manager, admin departments and the divisions in the areas of:

Sales & Marketing Cloud

  • Provide technical and functional support to the divisional end users.
  • Coordination and planning of the technical requirements to support the digital campaigns.
  • Engage end user to drive high levels of tool adoption.
  • Have clearly defined communication method with regards to Sales Cloud enhancement releases and change management of the Platform.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create/Optimize the right reports to drive data driven decision making, tracking to strategic KPIs and drive higher levels of productivity in the division.
  • Ensure the reports provide quality, accurate and on time data.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Business Strategy & Commercial Excellence and FP&A functions. Support implementation of new tools, programs, processes to cascade down and drive their adoption.

Other

  • Support the Commercial Excellence Manager on specific projects or other divisional initiatives as needed.
  • As and when needed, report out to the Divisional senior leadership team on specific project, initiatives updates for deliberation and/or approval.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL and ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Recent Graduate with a Masters (post 2021) in Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Degree.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with some experience in database/analytics software package preferable (Sales Cloud, Tableau & SAP)
  • Fluency in English and Turkish
  • Strong analytical skills and experience are advantages
  • Self-motivated, use one's initiative and positive attitude
  • Effectively present to internal audiences
  • Creativity: supporting development of solutions for diverse customer challenges.
