Healthcare Solutions & Partnerships (HS&P) Lead - GEM North Region
Location: Turkiye
The HS&P Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping, driving, and executing the Healthcare Solutions & Partnerships strategy within the assigned subregion (North or South).
This leader ensures the successful design, deployment, and scaling of customer solutions, strategic partnerships, and value-based initiatives that advance GEM’s growth agenda and strengthen commercial execution.
The HS&P Lead acts as the primary HS&P interface to Sr. Regional Directors, country leaders, Strategic Account Managers, and divisional teams — ensuring tight commercial alignment, faster field execution, and measurable customer and business impact.
This role is central to advancing GEM’s growth-driven transformation, reinforcing customer-centricity, and supporting the region’s growth ambition.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Leadership & Strategic Alignment
- Serve as the senior HS&P leader for the assigned region (North or South).
- Align HS&P initiatives with regional and country commercial strategies, priorities, and business objectives.
- Act as the primary strategic partner to Sr. Regional Directors and country management teams.
- Ensure HS&P activities directly support top commercial opportunities, tenders, strategic accounts, and priority therapy areas.
Lead & Develop Solution Partners
- Provide day-to-day leadership and solid-line management for all Solution Partners in the subregion.
- Mentor, coach, and develop Solution Partners to strengthen capability, consistency, and execution excellence.
- Ensure end-to-end ownership of HS&P projects — from opportunity assessment to implementation and impact measurement.
- Partner with the Solution Partner Lead to ensure adherence to common frameworks, methodologies, and CoE standards.
Strategic Account Leadership & Close Operational Management of SAMs
- HS&P Lead is responsible for actively managing and directing their work within the HS&P domain with dotted line reporting:
- Provide daily strategic guidance to SAMs, managing their priorities, focus accounts, and HS&P opportunities as if they were part of the HS&P team.
- Strengthen SAM capability in solution selling, value-based engagement, and partnership development.
- Co-own the development and execution of multi-year strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with HS&P offerings and solution frameworks.
- Guide SAMs on opportunity qualification, customer needs analysis, and deployment of Solution Partners.
- Ensure SAMs operate with full alignment to HS&P methodologies, tools, and value-creation models.
- Lead routine joint business reviews involving SAMs and Regional Directors to ensure cohesive execution, remove barriers, and maximize commercial impact.
- Establish a high-performance environment where SAMs act as true integrators between commercial teams and HS&P.
Solution Design & Execution Oversight
- Oversee the pipeline of HS&P opportunities across the subregion.
- Ensure solutions are designed with customer needs, operational feasibility, and commercial relevance in mind.
- Monitor project progress, risk mitigation, and KPI achievement through Solution Partners.
- Drive outcome measurement and ensure successful models are scaled across GEM.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with divisional leaders (NC, CRM, EP, PI, Endo, Uro, NMD), marketing, tendering, finance, and HEMA to ensure integrated solutions.
- Strengthen collaboration with Remote Sales, Remote Support, and other scalable platforms.
- Maintain alignment with EMEA HS&P functions to adopt best practices and support harmonization.
Governance, Reporting & Prioritization
- Lead quarterly HS&P reviews with Regional Directors, SAMs, divisional partners, and country leadership.
- Prioritize HS&P resources and projects based on commercial impact, feasibility, and strategic relevance.
- Ensure accurate tracking of value creation, commercial outcomes, and execution performance.
- Support budgeting, capacity planning, and resource allocation for HS&P within the subregion.

- Growth contribution to strategic accounts and priority opportunities
- Speed, quality, and consistency of HS&P project execution

Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare solutions, commercial strategy, partnerships, sales leadership, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, payer models, operational workflows, and value-based solutions.
- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams in matrix environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in emerging markets strongly preferred.
