Healthcare Solutions & Partnership Marketing Analyst (Graduate/Entry-Level) - Istanbul, Turkey

Role Overview

The Healthcare Solutions & Partnership Marketing Analyst serves as a vital role in creating long lasting relationships with our strategic customers and position Boston Scientific as the partner of choice

Instead of direct selling, this role focuses on generating indirect benefits by analyzing hospital workflows, supporting digital enablement, and creating value-driven narratives that strengthen our brand's position as a long-term partner.

Key Responsibilities

1. Value-Based Marketing & Storytelling

· Transform complex operational data into compelling case studies and marketing collateral that demonstrate the impact of our solutions.

· Support the development of "value propositions" for hospital executives, focusing on quality of care and patient access rather than product sales.

· Assist in the creation of digital toolkits and playbooks to ensure consistent service delivery across the region.

2. Operational Analysis (Generating Indirect Benefits)

· Perform process mapping and waste identification within hospital environments to identify efficiency opportunities (Lean methodology).

· Analyze and report on project KPIs such as patient throughput, wait times, and cost savings to prove the "indirect" ROI of our partnerships.

· Monitor regional healthcare trends to support strategic positioning.

3. Cross-Functional Support

· Act as a technical and analytical resource for Account Managers during the solution-design phase.

· Create compelling story deck based on the inputs provided by Solution Partners

4. Application Support

· Configure Boston Scientific digital applications based on the inputs

· Testing of applications on therapy awareness

What We Are Looking For (Graduate Profile)

· Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field, or currently enrolled in a Master’s program

· Certifications: Interest in or basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Project Management

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization (Excel, Power BI) and presentation design.

· Soft Skills: Strong storytelling and communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

· Languages: Fluency in English and Hebrew is required. Knowledge of additional regional language is a strong plus.

· Travel: Willingness to travel (approx. 20%) within Israel to gain on-site experience.
