Senior Supply Chain Analyst

As part of the Indonesia leadership team, the Senior Supply Chain Analyst will lead the Customer Care function within BSC Indonesia. The scope of responsibility includes order fulfillment and backorder management, channel partner relationship management, and working capital management. This role requires close collaboration with various functions in the country to delivery country business objectives and broad operational goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for overall customer service and order management activities, ensuring timely revenue recognition by financial cut-off.
2. Responsible for divisional inventory management, ensuring inventory plan is aligned with business plan.
3. Responsible for channel partner engagement in the country, including on-boarding activities and business reviews along with commercial team
4. Collaborate with commercial team on route-to-market activities, including new product launches, capital equipment program management, and service level expectation setting with customers
5. Ensure the operational activities are following regulatory, quality, and financial policies.
6. Lead and drive regional and local initiatives to drive process excellence within the country.
7. Foster team dynamics and close collaboration among various functions to deliver business results

Key Activities

1. Ensure all channel partner orders are processed timely
2. Tracking backorder status and update commercial team
3. Regular review with channel partners on service level expectation and support required
4. New product launch planning with sales teams
5. Drive process improvements to improve operational efficiencies.
6. Consolidate customer feedbacks and drive customer improvement actions
7. Demand and supply planning alignment with Regional Demand Planner in monthly Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) meeting.

Requirements for this position

• At least 5 years of working experience in supply chain management preferably in FMCG / Medical equipment / Pharmaceuticals company and experienced in leadership position
• Performance oriented, analytical, and sharp minded
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Demonstrate good leadership skill and a team player
• Experience in using SAP will be added advantage.

Qualification:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management / Logistics or any relevant degree

Competencies:

• Speaks and understands English on a Business level
• Good understanding on supply chain and operational activities including (but not limited to) planning, warehousing, distribution, inventory management, customer fulfillment and import/ export operations
• Understands basic finance and comfortable with P&L review would be added advantage
• Proactively add value to business processes including both internal and external customers
• Familiar with basic analytical tools such as spreadsheets and visualization tools
• Good problem-solving skills
