The primary purpose of this role is to drive business growth within a high-potential market segment by expanding market share, strengthening product positioning, and ensuring successful market penetration across key customer accounts.


The Position

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the Principal Account Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Identify key decision-makers within customer accounts, understand their needs, and deliver compliant, value-driven solutions aligned with company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Act as a trusted partner by providing in-depth product knowledge and technical support where Boston Scientific technologies are utilized.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the territory, develop actionable plans, and execute them within defined timelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and cross-functional support.
  • Conduct regular sales force updates and business review meetings with the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Accurately captures customer interactions and activities in the company Interventional Cardiology portfolio.
  • Provide case support for Interventional Cardiologists and Cath Lab teams.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales role.
  • Experience working in a Cath Lab environment is highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
