Shift Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

 

About this role:
Ensures timely movement of product/material throughout the warehouse / distribution center. Maintains appropriate control and inventory of company materials. Maintains Inbound/Outbound/Expediting KPI and ensure on time delivery. Handle level 1 troubleshooting issue in warehouse / distribution center. Takes instruction from management to update administrative records to ensure material movement history is accurately recorded

 

Work Mode 
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform day to day operation job.
  • Monitor operation output (Inbound/Outbound/Expediting/etc) in order to meet the KPI target.
  • Buddy to new Material Handlers and monitoring their progress toward our  timeline.
  • Always practice two-way communication and cascade down the direction from superior.
  • Level one troubleshooting on MES/SAP system and segregate the task if necessary, in order to fully utilize of warehouse / distribution center work force.
  • To make sure 5S and safety in place in respective own area.
  • Support and help Supervisor/Logistics Specialist to oversee a group of Material Handlers and monitor their performance.
  • Discuss with superior if any improvement or process change needed for the benefit of the team.
  • Inform and discuss with superior if found any process gap in our WI vs actual process that Material Handlers performed.
  • Check and monitor the indirect material for operation use. Ensure highlight to superior or vendor if foresee any high usage or run out of stock.
  • Prepare and update any require report from time to time.
  • Plan, lead and arrange the cycle count base on the procedure requirement, first level reconciliation the inventory variance if any and reported to superior for further justification.
  • Monitor team monthly Overtime and arrange if needed after discussion with supervisor or logistic specialist.
  • Perform any ad-hoc job require by superior from time to time.

  • High school diploma/degree/equivalent
