[Role Overview]

We are seeking passionate and high-performing Sales Representatives to join Endoscopy team. Key responsibilities include driving business growth, identifying new opportunities to increase sales, and providing valuable clinical insights on products, procedures, and protocols.

 

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Actively promote key products through strong sales skills and by delivering comprehensive clinical solutions

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the adoption of core products in both existing and potential accounts

  • Proactively cultivate customer relationships and pursue leads for BSC products and services to drive sales revenue and achieve territory goals

  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with distributors to maximize alignment with business objectives

  • Responding to customer needs regarding BSC products and services by providing innovative and practical solutions

  • Analysis of the market situation and competitor activities

  • Distributor Management & Alignment – setting and monitoring strategic goals and KPIs / Strengthening distributor sales capabilities through sales and product training

 

[Required Qualifications]

  • From New level to 5 years of working knowledge/experience in medical devices/pharmaceutical company (Endoscopy business experience is preferred)

  • Passion to learn and dedicate to improving patient’s lives and sense of ownership

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a team player mindset
