[Purpose Statement]
We are continuously seeking passionate and high-performing Sales Representatives to join our dynamic Peripheral Intervention (PI) team. Key responsibilities include driving business growth, identifying new opportunities to increase sales revenue, and providing valuable clinical insights on products, procedures, and protocols.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Actively promote key products through strong sales skills and by delivering comprehensive clinical solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the adoption of core products in both existing and potential accounts
- Proactively cultivate customer relationships and pursue leads for BSC products and services to drive sales revenue and achieve territory goals
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with distributors to maximize alignment with business objectives
- Develop and organize education programs for all HCPs; represent Boston Scientific at meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote products and services
- Responding to customer needs regarding BSC products and services by providing innovative and practical solutions
- Analysis of the market situation and competitor activities
- Distributor Management & Alignment – setting and monitoring strategic goals and KPIs / Strengthening distributor sales capabilities through sales and product training
[Required Qualifications]
- Passion to learn and dedicate to improve patient’s lives and sense of ownership
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- From New level to 7 years of working knowledge/experience in medical devices/pharm (Peripheral Intervention field such as Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology and Vascular Surgeon, etc is preferred)
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
