Product Manager III, IO&E

[Position Overview]
We are seeking a Product Manager who will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution for the IO&E portfolio in Korea, with strong collaboration across regional APAC stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in expanding the adoption of interventional oncology procedures by strengthening clinical evidence, building customer relationships, and executing various marketing campaign and programs. The position also contributes to maintaining and elevating Korea’s leadership within the broader APAC region.
[Job Summary]
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for the IO&E portfolio in Korea, with a strong focus on field implementation, close collaboration with Medical Affairs team and Clinical Specialists, and identifying local opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include organizing customer education programs, supporting clinical engagement, and localizing global/APAC strategies. The role also involves tracking sales performance, managing marketing KPIs, and refining initiatives to achieve both short and long-term business goals.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Lead and implement marketing strategies to support the growth of TheraSphere™, ICEfx™ and other IO&E products in Korea.
- Plan and execute physician education, customer engagement programs, and cross-functional marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with physicians, KOLs, and key hospitals to support clinical activities, training, and case development.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Clinical Specialists, HEMA, and Logistics to drive aligned execution.
- Develop educational and promotional materials tailored to customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
- Serve as the primary contact for APAC and Global counterparts on IO&E initiatives, supporting regional and global projects.
- Participate in major customer events and coordinate symposiums to drive engagement.
[Qualification and Experience]
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in medical devices or healthcare-related fields.
- Comfortable communicating in both Korean and English.
- Able to take ownership of projects and follow through with execution.
- Good at working independently but also able to collaborate with different functions.
- Interest or background in peripheral interventions, interventional oncology, radiology, or similar areas would be an advantage.
- Experience in working with physicians, new market development, supporting clinical programs, or clinical-oriented marketing.
