  • Supports in multi accounts business management for distributors and sales agents (“distributors”). Serves as the interface between the company and the distributors, which includes sales, marketing, contract compliance, training and other support activities.
    Supports in price management with billing agencies/hospitals through tender and/or annual supply contract




  • Ensure the distributor contracts are created, renewed and terminated according to related SOPs.
  • Help distributors to proactively identify forecast and back order risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Draft monthly management reports to communicate issues, solutions, competitive landscape and recruiting activity.
  • Analyzes distributor’s KPIs quarterly and generate regular reports for their feedback.
  • Support function teams to communicate with distributors and to facilitate partnership especially in finance, operation and compliance.
  • Communicate with distributors regularly and arrange required training and/or meeting.
  • Maintain distributor’s information(address, registration, etc.) to be updated
  • Represent BSK for billing agencies and hospitals on price related matters.
  • Continuously communicate with sales and operation team for effective business solutions.
  • Monitor, evaluate and verify contract conditions with billing agencies and hospitals.
  • Support price negotiation activities for billing agencies and hospitals.
  • Maintain, update price and coding status of billing agencies and/or hospitals with customer service team’s collaboration.
  • Conduct and update an electronic approval process of billing agency according to internally company approved criteria.
  • Ensure reimbursement price, quotation is submitted to the billing agencies/hospitals in time when reimbursement price is changed.
  • Develop and support FSE team for Capital Equipment sales contracts and/or service maintenance contracts.
  • Support sales team for making a quotation and/or agreement of capital equipment.  
  • Record and maintain the relevant documents of capital equipment with FSE team.



  • Min 3 years experiences in sales or channel management (Healthcare market would be preferable)
  • Good communication both with English and Korean
  • Excellence objection handling skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Skill
