Purpose Statement

Learning and Organization Development exists to improve organizational and leadership effectiveness, and to build workforce capabilities to substantially improve business performance and the quality of patient care. This is accomplished by effectively developing relevant and timely leadership and organizational interventions, and by leading and managing the end-to-end life cycle of a learning process so as to deliver the right training, to the right people, at the right time, in the right way, personalized and seamlessly.

Closely work with HR Head to design and provide solution for organization development and talent growth that enhance organizational capabilities, motivate people, and build a strong talent pipeline to drive sustainable business growth and establish healthy and high performing culture.

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Consults with managers & leaders in the business & functions to understand business problems and opportunities to identify opportunities to enhance human performance and capability through training or other solutions. Anticipates future training needs based on business requirements and changes.
  • Designs and develops learning solutions. Collaborates with internal subject matter experts and/or cross-functional teams for content development. May also work to identify external programs, resources and vendors that specifically meet learning & development needs. Works with vendors to provide quality cost-effective solutions. May lead and/or support negotiations of resources, schedules, contracts and fees for both internal and externally developed programs.
  • Organizes and implements the delivery of learning solutions including any re-training actions necessary. Leads, manages, and/or supports the initial roll-out of new programs, the sustained forecasting and delivery of programs to meet business needs.
  • Identifies and qualifies instructors, both internal and external. Continually evaluates instructor effectiveness.
  • Measures the effectiveness of learning programs. May design, implement, or support the development and use learning assessment methodologies and tools. May lead, manage, and/or support learning effectiveness feedback into the L&D life cycle management processes.
  • Documents training and manages training records. Manage or support the development and use of reports to in support of audits, Management Review, and manager accountability.
  • Lead, manage or participate on cross-functional teams to continuously improve L&OD systems and processes and to meet Quality System and compliance requirements.
  • Introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives with managers & leaders in order to address issues that will enhance overall performance and to embed the culture of DE&I and the good place to work for bring to life BSC Vision, Mission and Values.
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of L&OD solution, project, program or set of programs.
  • Design people development journey of employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Present, train and/or facilitate Performance management programs. Support communication on and utilization of performance management tools & processes.
  • Build, implement and or support Employer Branding initiative from concept to completion in a timely (e.g., Internship).
  • Build and lead and or support internal communication plan including company events.

 

 

What we're looking for in you:

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Good written and verbal communication both in English and Korean
  • Minimum 5+ years of Training, and/or Learning & Development to include creating and delivering training materials and identifying/analyzing training and development data
  • Minimum 3+ years of Organization development and Human Resource related work experience to include employee engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, etc.
  • Proven track record in creating and building a sustainable training and development program
  • Excellent Communication and Prioritization Skills
  • Strong Live Training Skill

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • General knowledge in instructional design, employee development or various organizational development areas. 
  • Certifications on training techniques, facilitation related are a plus
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
