Purpose Statement

L&D exists to improve organizational and leadership effectiveness, and to build workforce capabilities to substantially improve business performance and the quality of patient care. This is accomplished by effectively developing relevant and timely leadership and organizational interventions, and by leading and managing the end-to-end life cycle of a learning process so as to deliver the right training, to the right people, at the right time, in the right way, personalized and seamlessly.

Closely work with HR Head to design and provide solution for organization development and talent growth that enhance organizational capabilities, motivate people, and build a strong talent pipeline to drive sustainable business growth and establish healthy and high performing culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Consults with managers & leaders in the business & functions to understand business problems and opportunities to identify opportunities to enhance human performance through training or other solutions. Anticipates future training needs based on business requirements and changes.
  • Designs and develops learning solutions. Collaborates with internal subject matter experts and/or cross-functional teams for content development. May also work to identify external programs, resources and vendors that specifically meet learning & development needs. Works with vendors to provide quality cost-effective solutions. May lead and/or support negotiations of resources, schedules, contracts and fees for both internal and externally developed programs.
  • Identifies and qualifies instructors, both internal and external. Continually evaluates instructor effectiveness.
  • May lead, manage, facilitate or support L&D processes and efforts required to meet Quality System and compliance requirements.
  • Organizes and implements the delivery of learning solutions including any re-training actions necessary. Leads, manages, and/or supports the initial roll-out of new programs. Leads, manages, and/or supports the sustained forecasting and delivery of programs to meet business needs.
  • Documents training and manages training records. May lead, manage or support the development and use of reports to in support of audits, Management Review, and manager accountability.
  • Measures the effectiveness of learning programs. May design, implement, or support the development and use learning assessment methodologies and tools. May lead, manage, and/or support learning effectiveness feedback into the L&D life cycle management processes.
  • May lead, manage or participate on cross-functional teams to continuously improve L&D systems and processes.
  • May be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of a learning solution, project, program or set of programs.
  • Undertake and implement Employer Branding initiative from concept to completion in a timely (e.g., Internship or Job Fair - co-work with TA)
  • May design people development journey of employee lifecycle including onboarding.
  • Build and lead internal communication plan including company events. (co-work with GA)


What we're looking for in you:


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Good written and verbal communication both in English and Korean
  • Minimum 5+ years of Training and Development and Human Resources related work experience to include creating and delivering training materials and identifying/analyzing training and development data
  • Proven track record in creating and building a sustainable training and development program
  • Excellent Communication and Prioritization Skills
  • Strong Live Training Skill

Preferred qualifications:

  • General knowledge in instructional design, employee development or various organizational development areas. 
  • Certifications on training techniques are a plus
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
