About the role:
The Business Process / Improvement Lead represents the CSET Customer Service Export Team) and will take responsibility for the delivery of small projects or workstreams within a larger project, various kind of cross functional projects (e.g., Value Improvement Projects, Acquisition-, Site Strategy projects.) and supports to improve the CSET Operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Responsible for delivering and supporting various kind of projects. Ensuring planning, execution and finalization in line with deadlines, budget and company standards & methodologies.
- Works with the co-sourcing partners to plan projects, draft project reports and conduct the fieldwork, which includes interviews, process flow determination, critical analysis of activities as value added/non-value added, financial analysis, system data analysis and transaction testing.
- Tracks project status and deliverables and regularly reports out to management.
- Provision of basic guidance to others regarding the Project Management processes and the operation of the project management systems / tools / methods.
- Ensure the implementation of company management processes is effective and efficient.
- Drives solutions to diverse business and/or process improvements of high complexity.
- Be the one to go to for more complex Customer Service Export Team (CSET) related operational enquiries.
- Coordinates with cross functional stakeholders within the Distributor Business.
What are we looking for:
- Education level: HBO or relevant work experience
- Experience of working in a variety of project roles in projects of limited complexity with personal accountability for Quality, Time, Cost and Performance elements
- Strong Leadership/ team management skills
- Excellent Strong administrative skills
- Continuous improvement attitude
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Experience with Excell / Access is an asset
- Experience with Distributors services
