About the Role:
As we are preparing for SAP HANA/S4 implementation through the Magellan project, we are looking for a Business Process Lead to support and strengthen our SAP Business Process Team in Kerkrade. 

The primary responsibility of the Business Process Lead is to provide analytical and system support on business processes associated with warehouse management, logistics and distribution – particularly within SAP.  
Work scope also includes providing production support and performing project management.

  
Your Responsibilities Include: 

• As a Subject Matter Expert, provide warehouse management, logistics and distribution process/content knowledge as input for projects.
• Bridge between IT teams and business requestors to design systems / processes to meet business needs.  
• Project related activities will include drafting project updates, mapping process flows, analysis of critical activities, basic financial analysis (ROI justification for projects), and transactional testing.  
• Appropriately communicates status updates, escalates issues, and manages timelines and action items. 
• Fosters business partnerships by collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Works closely with development teams (internal and external) to assure timely solutions are delivered according to the specifications and implementation requirements of the business. 
• Drives or participates in all stages of process and system integration from gathering user requirements and researching options, design, testing, to implementation and maintenance. 
• Identifies opportunities for business process improvements and establishes effective and efficient processes.
• Ensures that processes and related systems meet all applicable compliance requirements.  
• Creates and provides reference material / documents for user assistance and system usage.  
• May take part in multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups. 

  
What we are looking for:
 

Required Qualifications: 

• Education level: HBO level or MBO and a minimum of 5 years in SAP business process experience in Distribution and Logistics environment
• SAP Warehouse Management knowledge is a must and EWM is a plus; Distribution and Logistic process and system knowledge is a must.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and willingness to learn additional software programs
• Strong problem resolution and analytical skills
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet timelines
• Creative thinking and innovation
• Organized, thorough and attentive to details
• Adaptable to changing situations and priorities
• Collaborative and strong communicator 
• Self-driven and capable of prioritization with minimal oversight 

  
Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experienced in Boston Scientific’s business & quality systems 
• Understanding of Kerkrade business processes
• SAP S4HANA/EWM, GTS experience
