About the role:

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the EMEA Customer Care Organization which is responsible for the complete order management process for our diverse portfolio of products. As part of a global team with a focus on deploying technology-based solutions at scale, our mission is to deliver for our patients through a customer focused supply chain experience that is easy, innovative and valued.


As a Business Systems Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to support end users in utilizing SAP to handle day-to-day tasks related to order management which includes sales support, quotes and tenders and inventory management across our customer care centers. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, analyze existing processes, and leverage SAP capabilities to enhance operational efficiency.


Your responsibilities include:

1.    End User Support:

  • Provide hands-on support to end users in navigating and executing order management tasks using SAP.
  • Troubleshoot issues, errors, resolve incidents, and act as a liaison between technical teams and end users within a business function.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions to facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom enhancements, interfaces, configuration updates and reports focusing on pricing, order management, delivery, billing and customer master data. 


2.    Process Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyze existing order management processes, systems, and data flows.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define objectives.


3.    Support Ticket Management and Trend Analysis:

  • Track and monitor incoming support tickets related to order management in SAP.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support requests, escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Analyze trends across different types of support tickets.
  • Identify recurring issues and their root causes.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive process and system changes aimed at reducing the number of submitted support requests.


4.    Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement enhancements.
  • Stay current with SAP best practices, industry trends, and technological advancements.
  • Recommend innovative solutions to drive strategic initiatives.


What we are looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP ECC / S4 HANA Sales & Distribution implementation and support
  • Proficiency in Sales Order Management, Pricing and Conditions, Availability Check, Billing and Invoicing, and Credit Management.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills and effective communication.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance.
