About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Capital Equipment Organization, supporting the complete order management process for our diverse product portfolio. As part of a global team deploying technology-driven solutions at scale, you will play a vital role in delivering a patient-first supply chain experience that is seamless, innovative, and highly valued.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end users in SAP for day-to-day order management activities, while also providing system support across SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), and ServiceMax. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze existing processes, and leverage system capabilities to drive efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

End-User Support

  • Provide hands-on support to end users in SAP, SFDC, and ServiceMax for order management activities.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and act as a bridge between technical teams and business users.
  • Deliver end-user training to support adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Partner with technical teams to develop custom enhancements, integrations, and reports, focusing on pricing, order management, delivery, billing, and customer master data.

Process Analysis & Optimization

  • Evaluate current order management processes and data flows.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency gains.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements and define process improvements.

Support Ticket Management & Trend Analysis

  • Track and manage incoming support tickets across SAP, SFDC, and ServiceMax.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support requests and escalate critical issues when required.
  • Analyze ticket trends to identify recurring issues and root causes.
  • Recommend and implement solutions that reduce support requests over time.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor system performance, detect bottlenecks, and drive enhancements.
  • Stay up to date on SAP, SFDC, and ServiceMax best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Recommend and implement innovative solutions to support business strategy.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP ECC / S4 HANA Sales & Distribution implementation and support.
  • Proficiency in Sales Order Management, Pricing & Conditions, Availability Check, Billing & Invoicing, and Credit Management.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and ServiceMax is a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
