Job Purpose:

In this role you will support the department objectives regarding Field Inventory Management. You will be working for both the Belgian and Dutch markets.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the scheduling of consignment and SRAI checks with Sales and third-party provider where applicable
  • Reconcile consignment and SRAI checks, identify discrepancies, perform batch swaps and transfer units to appropriate stock locations, get appropriate authorization regarding transactions to be performed
  • Support sales in reconciliation efforts and in following-up of discrepancies with customers
  • Coordinate the consignment contracts process
  • Report short term/expired/LCPP consignment and SRAI levels
  • Support Sales in general enquiries regarding consignment/SRAI
  • Run month-end reports, identify required actions and coordinate timely solutions


What we are looking for:

  • Higher education / diploma (business administration, logistics) or equivalent experience in customer care;
  • Minimum of one year experience in a customer care setting;
  • Proficiency in the use of SAP, Sales Force Service Cloud, Microsoft Office programs (specifically Excel);
  • Experience in managing Field Inventory related matters;
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written skills) in French, Dutch and English;
  • Strong organization skills and demonstrated attention to detail;
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and regulated environment, ability to work effectively under pressure.
