About the role as Customer Care Representative:

You will serve the needs of customers regrading to order fulfillment and delivery activities.

You can work hybrid from our office in Kerkrade (European Distribution Center) and be part of a great team with 3 colleagues.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Responsibility for order entry in SAP- take necessary action to expedite the orders on time and provide customer satisfaction with regards to availability, ship date, pricing, special delivery instruction.

  • Maintain the customers informed at all times about the backorder situation – follow up to ensure goods get released and deliveries are completed on time

  • Process returns, Recalls, Service & Product Complaints.

  • Maintain Customer files updated.

  • Customer facing role, answer all enquiries (email or phone)

  • Prioritization and follow-up to ensure lifesaving cases are dispatched same day/next day.

  • Work with Commercial partners for pricing issues;

  • Working with Demand Planning for stock availability.

  • Work with Finance for credit limits

  • Follow WI for every process

  • Work with SAP ECC & Service Cloud.

 

Who are we looking for:

 

  • 2-3 years experience in Customer Care
  • Experience in similar industry - preferred
  • SAP working knowledge -mandatory
  • MS Office + computer literacy
  • English mandatory – written & spoken
  • Flexible and fast learner
  • Ability to jump into project (example: automation of orders, continuous improvement mentality)
  • Proactive, willing to support (back-up)
  • Open for challenges & adaptable
  • Team player - good – positive attitude
