About the role:

Responsible for managing the Customer Care activities of the Customer Service Export Team, servicing our distributor customers around the globe. Ensures Order entry , allocation and shipment of products, Service complaints, Returns Management, Tender Support, Customer Enquiries and works proactively on improvements to up our game on customer centricity. 
Serves as main interface between the Customer Service Export team, the Distribution Customer Care team, and Operations.
Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Supervises, trains, coaches, and develops Customer Care employees (current team size 11 employees)
  • Oversees the process of the Customer Care team and ensures compliance to all related internal processes and procedures. 
  • Eliminates waste & drives continuous improvement through strong focus on Operational Excellence, process optimization and Value Improvement Project’s (VIP’s). Sets clear continuous improvement goals for the team & prioritizes the team’s time accordingly. 
  • Works with key business partners (Distribution Center, Demand planning, foreign trade department, Sales, Finance, Quality, Order management and Service export teams) to support and maintain adequate product flow to internal customers & distributors, supporting sales targets achievement
  • Responsible for measuring, reporting, and owning improvement plans on key metrics (Stock on Dock, on time order handling, handle customer complaints/enquiries on time etc…)
  • Work in close collaboration with Customer Service Export team to ensure on time delivery

What are we looking for in you:

  • Fluent English
  • 3+ years relevant experience in multinational export environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience level
  • Strong verbal, written communication skills, both technical and conversational
  • Self-starter
  • Decision making and negotiation skills, individually and within groups
  • Continuous improvement mindset, LEAN/ 5s/ CI&I 
  • Strong Analytical skills and strong Planning and Organizing 
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with a (partly) virtual team 
  • Experience in usage of SAP and Service Cloud (SalesForce)
