About the role:

Manages the EMEA Divisional SI&OP process: coordinates and controls the Divisional forecasting and Event planning activities required to meet customer needs, business requirements, and service level objectives. In addition, manages finished goods inventory and system integrity.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinates & facilitates the monthly Regional SI&OP activities for the Divisions ensuring optimal business support to and strategic alignment with the Regional Divisional leadership;
  • Leads and keeps the oversight concerning all Inventory Management aspects for the Divisions: inventory strategy, development and execution of improvement programs (VIP), KPI and EE&O performance management;
  • Drives the quarterly/annual Inventory budget processes for the Division;
  • Works through own team and cross-functional partners to achieve budgets and performance goals for the Division;
  • Effectively develops and manages direct reports to a high performance team;
  • Partners with Regional Marketing and Finance on Regional Forecast; Review Consolidated Country New Product Launch (NPL) Demand Forecast;
  • Assess variations of Quarterly Commit; Launch Strategy and Execution; Product Rationalization strategy and execution;
  • Partners with Global Supply Chain (GSC): Regional forecast handshake (SI&OP), Product rationalization (Phase in & out), Supply Chain event planning.

 

What we are looking for in you:

  • 5-10  years experience within a supply chain/demand planning environment;
  • Masters degree in Business or Supply Chain or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Proven experience leading regional SI&OP process
  • Strong Leadership and communication skills;
  • Proven people management experience;
  • Continuous improvement attitude;
  • Functional leadership, train and develop colleagues within or x-border teams;
  • Speaks fluent English.
