Dispatch is the Control Tower of Kerkrade Operations; Daily information is transformed into concrete actions to enable another successful day at Operations.

 
Your responsibilities include:

• Ensure a balanced workload for all outbound departments throughout the entire day by applying correct release patterns, proactively react on possible issues and communicate timely to the applicable Operations departments.
• Release customer orders based on priorities, cut off times & SLA.
• Communicate warehouse EOD performance to upper management.
• Coordinate/escalate activities with office and warehouse departments.
• Adhere to warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees to bottlenecks in the operation.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports.
• Establish a 100% daily reply rate to (internal) customer questions and set correct expectations at the customer.
• Understand the cohesion of the sub departments within Operations and act on it.
• Initiate and support implementation of continuous improvement ideas.
• Monitor and follow up customer order flow from begin till end in real time.
• Assigns and invokes replenishment needs throughout the warehouse. 

 
Experience and skills:

• Education level: MBO+ or relevant work experience
• Good knowledge of English language (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Advanced MS office skills, mainly Excel and Outlook 
• Good social and communication skills
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Pro-active behavior
• Good SAP knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure

Working hours:

You will start with 3 shifts and after 3 months 2 shifts.06.00-14.30
