About the role:
Serve the need of customers regarding to order fulfillment and delivery. in this role you will be responsible for customer and export services.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assures that all activities are performed according to the applicable procedures.
- Assures that all activities related to Customers are in line with local legislation and BSC corporate SOP’s.
- Analysis of specific customer request, communication with the EDC supervisors EDC management and IC management, implementation into the EDC, after approval.
- Contact / communicate with internal departments.
- Communicate effectively with customers to keep them informed of status of the process.
- Maintain a correct and updated administration.
- Support regional sales force and business Unit Managers.
- Act as a team member in support of department objectives.
- Ensure compliance with OFAC/BIS licenses.
- Process Product complaints.
- Ensure correct processing of Letter of Credit Orders.
What we are looking for:
- Education level: Bachelor (HBO)
- At least 3 years of experience in the area of Customer Service
- Experience in export services is an advantage
- Experience with SAP / Service Cloud / Salesforce is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience on Multicultural environment.
- Team player, proactive, hands on approach.
- Languages: Fluency in English essential, other European Languages an advantage.
This position is for a seven-month period and for 20 hours per week.
