About the role:

Serve the need of customers regarding to order fulfillment and delivery. In this role you will be responsible for customer and export services.  


Your responsibilities include:

  • Assures that all activities are performed according to the applicable procedures.
  • Assures that all activities related to Customers are in line with local legislation and BSC corporate SOP’s.
  • Analysis of specific customer request, communication with the EDC supervisors EDC management and IC management, implementation into the EDC, after approval.
  • Contact / communicate with internal departments.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to keep them informed of status of the process.
  • Maintain a correct and updated administration.
  • Support regional sales force and business Unit Managers.
  • Act as a team member in support of department objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with OFAC/BIS licenses.
  • Process Product complaints.
  • Ensure correct processing of Letter of Credit Orders.


What we are looking for:

  • Education level: Bachelor (HBO)
  • At least 3 years of experience in the area of Customer Service
  • Experience in handling Letter of Credit requirements
  • Experience in export services is an advantage
  • Experience with SAP
  • Microsoft Excel and Salesforce knowledges are an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience on Multicultural environment.
  • Team player, proactive, hands on approach.
  • Languages: Fluency in English essential, other European Languages an advantage.
