About the role:
As member of the HR Service Delivery Support team, you support the further development and execution of our transactional HR Service delivery within the Netherlands. You will focus on transactional HR support and continuously improving our HR processes and practices within a wide range of HR areas across the employee life cycle such as benefits administration, employee systems and reporting, learning and development, payroll, and HR compliance. You will participate in local and regional HR projects to leverage best-in-class HR services and drive effectiveness and efficiencies whilst increasing customer satisfaction and experiences.

Your responsibilities include:

• Perform transactional HR support. Execute processes and procedures related to one or more of the following HR functions in line with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) throughout the employee life cycle e.g., TA, onboarding, Payroll, Employee Data, Compensation, Benefits and Learning. 
• Coordinate, organize and/or lead administrative tasks in support of HR programs and initiatives; may assist professional and technical staff with special projects.
• Provide data and information to others on HR area processes and procedures; may be responsible for preparing internal HR communications and/or HR intranet maintenance.
• Process new hire and current employee's administration including e.g. onboarding, preparing employment agreement, entering or updating personal information records, salary information.
• Leading and/or assisting in implementing, maintaining and improving HR services, systems, procedures and/or policies.
• Represent HR Service Delivery Support on specified initiatives or projects, both in-country as across the EMEA region.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources or related)
• Transactional HR Service delivery experience of minimum 1 year
• Strong affinity with (HR) systems and process thinking
• Continuous improvement mindset and process improvement skills
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences both verbally and in writing
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken
• Based in the Netherlands
• Happy to work in the Office and from home
