To strengthen our Pricing & Tender team, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated new colleague for a permanent position at Diegem (BE) or Kerkrade (NL) location - with a hybrid workplace model (2 days home office): Pricing & Tender - Bid & Contract Coordinator

 

#Your Challenge:
⦁    Independent processing and coordination of tenders, offers and contracts for our customers in Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg
⦁    Contract review and preparation in cooperation with the sales force and key account management
⦁    Advising and supporting the sales force in the implementation of pricing and contract strategies 
⦁    Answering price inquiries and creating price lists 
⦁    Helping to shape optimization opportunities in your own day-to-day business
⦁    Collaboration on projects in the area of price and offer management 
⦁    Solution-oriented complaint management and credit note processing in cooperation with the Finance and Customer Excellence departments
⦁    Price and data maintenance as well as price reporting and analysis in SAP
⦁    Processing and documentation of business cases with internal and external customers in SalesForce

 

#Your profile:

⦁    Successfully completed commercial training and 3 years of professional experience in internal sales, customer service or price management, ideally in the area of tenders and public procurement law
⦁    Ability to work in a team, social skills, initiative, commitment and customer orientation
⦁    Quick comprehension and analytical thinking, good time management, high degree of self-organization, structured way of working
⦁    Strong communication and negotiation skills
⦁    Very good MS Office user skills, especially MS Excel and MS Word 
⦁    Experience in working with an ERP system, ideally SAP R3/SD or S4/HANA, would be an asset
⦁    Experience in working with a CRM system, ideally SalesForce/ServiceCloud, would be an asset
⦁    Fluent in Dutch and French, good written and spoken English skills
