About the role:
We have vacancy in our Project Operations team: Operations Project lead. The Project Lead manages projects to implement new requirements and to improve Quality, Service and Costs at our 3PLs.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manages work streams of small projects, and coordinates/manages certain aspects of larger projects in coordination. 
• Tracks progress/activities of team and work products/deliverables utilizing project management software and other standard tools.
• Prioritize conflicting project needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
• Coordinate, organize and document regular project communication meetings.
• Conducts risk monitoring and controls during the project’s duration to ensure ability to achieve expected outcome.
• Prepares, monitors and updates project information, files, documentation, reports, and related work throughout the project lifecycle.

What we are looking for:

• Education level: HBO or relevant work experience
• Strong Leadership/ team management skills
• Strong Project management skills
• Continuous improvement attitude
• Experience in warehouse environment
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
