About the role:
Boston Scientific is looking for an experienced Project Associate to support the implementation of Magellan at the Kerkrade Distribution Center site. This role will report into the Magellan Site Lead. Magellan is a global business transformation program accompanying a move of our ERP system from ECC to S4 HANA. Magellan’s goal is to simplify, standardize and modernize our core business processes, enabling BSC to better leverage the power of data and to position our business for profitable and sustainable growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
•    Works with the Magellan Site Lead to define requirements to successfully implement Magellan in Kerkrade.
•    Prepares a Project Management Plan incorporating Scope, Schedule, Cost, Risk, Resources etc by using project management methodologies and by working with appropriate functions to understand effort needed to implement Magellan on site.
•    Works independently and manages project execution throughout the project.
•    Provides updates to senior management and all stakeholders of progress through frequent communications of findings at regular intervals via reports and meetings.
•    Fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing with other key Magellan resources on site.
•    Resolves project issues by working with team members, project customers, and others as appropriate.
•    Shares project management knowledge and advances site PMO efforts.
What are we looking for in you?
•    A Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant discipline is highly preferred 
•    At least 3 years’ experience in Project Management
•    PMP Certification is an advantage


Additional Skills:
•    Proven experience of leading a project team to deliver project goals successfully.
•    Demonstrated experience of working on complex projects. 
•    Ability to work with and influence all functions and key stakeholders across the organization.
