About the role S4 Hana Deployment Senior Quality (Data Management Lead):

 

As we are preparing for SAP HANA/S4 implementation through the Magellan project, we are looking for Data Management Lead to support our transformation in Quality from SAP to S4 Hana in EMEA and ECO (Kerkrade). 

Primary responsibilities as Data Management Lead will be to work with business partners at varying levels to identify, SAP data for data cleansing, data migration, data enrichment, data validation and data cut over. The focus will be on quality related data. Collaborates with Quality management to recommend, design and implement functional process improvements related to the implementation of S4 HANA.  The Senior Quality Data Management Lead serves as a Quality representative in the SAP S4 HANA project. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

 

Location: Onsite Kerkrade/any BSC EMEA HUB

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and liaising with the S4HANA (Magellan) Workstreams, Business Process Leads, SME’s, Communities of Practice’s, IT Solution Architects/COE and Stakeholders across the network to identify quality data for cleansing, migration, enrichment, validation and cut over.
  • Responsible for translating transformation requirements and data related activities from the Magellan Leads into actionable tasks for the local and global teams.
  • Capture, define and translate business requirements in conjunction with local and global quality teams.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to understand gaps and associated risks.
  • Flexibility to perform data validation and testing tasks as required. Coordinating the User Requirements, aligning to Testing Scenarios, creation of test cases, and execution of test cases to support the Testing Phase and network-wide Deployment.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing reported problems and working to understand and correct problems as well as recommending workarounds.
  • Creating and maintaining all required technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with the broader Magellan Workstreams, IT Solution Architects/ COE and the other Magellan Workstreams in a Scalable Agile Framework/DevOps methodology, to enable rapid deployment.
  • Liaise with the Training team and Site Super Users/ Business Process Leads /Subject Matter Experts to support training plans for each of the key Applications to enhance the knowledge base across quality and D&L workstream where applicable.  
  • Work with the team members and other stakeholders on analyzing the impact of the system change and proper remediation plan for any risks raised.
  • Flexibility to perform general QA related activities.

 

Who are we looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience with Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Some working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems combined with knowledge of key business processes is essential. 
  • Good listening and communication skills, with ability to transfer knowledge efficiently
  • Experience of managing complex matrixed organizational structures and demonstrated capability in collaborating and influencing across such an organization
  • Understanding of the MDD/EU MDR, ISO standards and cGMP
  • Effective team member, fully motivated to achieve and demonstrate best practices in line with the department & global objectives
  • Good social and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, eager to improve and results oriented
  • High sense of urgency and commitment to execution.
  • Proven adaptability, comfortable with change and with a demonstrated ability to react and response to a fast-changing environment
  • Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work across a global team.
  • Good knowledge of the English language (verbal and written)
  • Flexibility to travel to Netherlands Kerkrade as required.
