Within the Human Resources team, we now have the following exciting job opportunity: Senior HR People Partner.
This job will be based in Kerkrade, the Netherlands and you will become part of a high performing, professional international HR team.
 
About the role:
In this HR role you support the execution of Human Capital Strategy by applying and supporting with HR initiatives, tools and processes within the different departments. As a member of the HR Team, you will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise, while providing core HR services and support such as introductory employee and manager guidance, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices. You'll be excited about trying new things, thinking outside the box, and offering a creative yet efficient approach related to Human Capital. 
 
Your day-to-day activities include: 

  • Your will support / work with the rest of the HR team on different topics; support and execute HR projects, the preparation and execution of different HR processes, work on standardization / optimalizations of HR documents / processes for Netherlands and creating KPI dashboard. 
  • Advise and coach EMEA people leaders and employees to drive workforce performance, providing support in the areas of talent, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Deliver high-quality HR advisory to people leaders and enable them to strengthen and develop their people leadership skills.
  • Consult with managers to ensure the consistent application and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Establish and cultivate internal relationships with key stake holders such as HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners and/or broader HR Operations to drive consistencies and execute on initiatives to support the business.
  • Ensure HR services are delivered in compliance with corporate policies and procedures and applicable laws.
  • Conduct and manage investigation of complaints and concerns that could result in legal ramifications; assess the severity, involve appropriate individuals and facilitate appropriate action based on policy and practice.
  • Provide employee coaching in complex situations related to building relationships, career paths, etc.
  • Drive the deployment of HR services that are required to be executed at a local level such as Employee labor relations, disciplinary and investigation activities, long-term sickness, performance review.

 
What we are looking for:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equal education
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience in a (international) business environment
  • You have demonstrated business acumen and organization agility
  • You are passionate about talent and organizational development
  • You have a ‘can do’ attitude and can balance strategic contribution with hands on execution
  • You can cope with multiple demands and can manage effectively (international) stakeholders
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch
