About the role:

We now have the temporary vacancy Senior Inventory Control Operator (ICO) within Operations:

You are responsible for warehouse modelling activities to maintain the most optimal walking distance and low replenishment frequency. You will log, investigate, dispatch, and close service complaints. You will coordinate, execute and monitor daily inventory control activities & resolve and report all stock related issues. 


Your responsibilities include:

  • Calculate and analyze the departmental KPI’s 
  • Calculate and analyze data required within the bin management process
  • Calculate and provide data related to OPS activities
  • Log, investigate, dispatch and close service complaints according to target
  • Actively participate in inventory control related projects
  • Work according to daily priorities
  • Identify improvements in workflow
  • Investigate, reconcile, report and analyze stock variances
  • Reconcile and scrap expiring inventory
  • Investigate, correct and report sending plants discrepancies
  • Handle products within the Quality guidelines
  • Ensure training and certification compliance
  • Provide overall support when needed

 

What we are looking for:

  • Educational level: MBO III level or relevant work experience
  • Good command of English (verbally and written)
  • Experience in warehouse environment
  • Able to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Good computer skills (MS-office)
  • Good social and communication skills
  • Zero mistakes mentality

  • Continuous improvement attitude

Working hours: 06:00 – 14:30 & 14:30 – 23:00
